You may have spotted the dessert theme for this year's Xmas bars and we worked soooo hard with this - our homage to the Black Forest Gateau cake! The dark 70% chocolate contrasts beautifully with the decadent Kirsch infused deep burgundy Morello cherries studded throughout and, as if that's not enough, we've then topped it with Oat milk shards to add that little edge of sweetness. It's Bavaria in a bar and frankly that's a good thing!

Dark chocolate 95%:cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla, Kirsch liqueur infused Morello cherries 3% (alcohol 40% volume), Oatmilk 2%: dried gluten-free oat powder, cocoa mass, dried rice powder, sunflower lecithin. MIN: 90gms.
