After thirteen years of development 'Ruby' chocolate caused an immediate Instagram meltdown and since then it's become a firm favourite with some of our customers. Made using rare, 'pink' cocoa beans, we've teamed it with one of our favourite fruits - the mighty Rhubarb to enhance Ruby's fruity, slighty sour yet sweet flavour profile.

Ruby chocolate 100% (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, skimmed & whole milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla, citric acid), rhubarb flavouring. MIN: 90gms.
